Microsoft 365 Premium – LinkedIn Premium Career promo email not received

I signed up for Microsoft 365 Premium and LinkedIn Premium Career and successfully completed the student verification process. However, I have not received the LinkedIn promotional email with the activation instructions, even after more than 20 days.

I have already checked my spam/junk folder, confirmed that the email address associated with my Microsoft account matches my LinkedIn account, and verified that my institution is eligible for the offer.

Could you please check the status of my eligibility and advise on how I can receive or access the LinkedIn Premium Career activation?

Thank you for your assistance.

It seems that you have taken the necessary steps to verify your student status and ensure your eligibility for the LinkedIn Premium Career offer. However, if you have not received the promotional email after 20 days, it may be beneficial to check the following:

    1. Email Confirmation: Double-check that the email address linked to your Microsoft account is indeed the same as the one associated with your LinkedIn account.
    2. Spam/Junk Folder: Although you mentioned you checked, it's worth doing another search in case the email was misclassified.
    3. Contact Support: If everything seems correct and you still haven't received the email, it may be best to contact Microsoft or LinkedIn support directly for assistance regarding your eligibility and the status of the promotional email.

Unfortunately, I cannot check the status of your eligibility or access any account-specific information. I recommend reaching out to the support teams for further help.
