Hello dear All,

I have two invoices that were not paid and my subscription was deleted. I would like to pay the invoices and restore my subscription if possible. Unfortunately, the invoice is locked and I have been requested to contact the support.

But there is no way to move when I click on the link for the support.

Can someone help me with the issue?

Since your subscription was deleted due to unpaid invoice, you can follow these steps and create a support request to resolve your issue.

1.Go to Azure Portal -> Subscription

click on Help+support on the left pane, type 'Billing' in the text box -> Select Billing and click on Next.

To pay a locked invoice and restore your subscription, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly. Since your invoice is locked, it indicates that there may be issues that require assistance from the support team to resolve. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: If you are unable to access the support link, try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache. You can also try accessing the support page from a different device.
    2. Provide Details: When you reach support, explain your situation clearly, including the fact that you have locked invoices and that your subscription has been deleted.
    3. Follow Their Instructions: The support team will guide you on how to unlock the invoices and make the necessary payments to restore your subscription.

If you continue to face issues, consider reaching out through other support channels such as phone support or community forums for additional help.
