    Hello,

can you please launch your browser in incognito mode, then try this method:

    Please go to https://www.office.com

Sign into the Microsoft account you used for the subscription. Click on Apps on the left.

Then on the upper right, click on "Install apps". This will now download the installer file. Once downloaded, click on the file to install. It will install the Desktop version of the apps for you then.

If you are experiencing issues where nothing happens after clicking the INSTALL button for Microsoft 365 Family, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working properly.
    2. Browser Issues: Try using a different web browser or clearing the cache and cookies of your current browser.
    3. Pop-up Blockers: Make sure that any pop-up blockers or security settings in your browser are not preventing the installation process from starting.
    4. Account Issues: Verify that you are signed into the correct Microsoft account associated with your purchase.
    5. Try a Different Device: If possible, attempt the installation on a different device to see if the issue persists.
    6. Use the Direct Installer: You can also try to download the installer directly from the Microsoft website by signing into your account and navigating to the installation options.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consult Microsoft support for further assistance.
