I have an OEM:DM license for Windows 10 Home that was upgraded to Windows 11 Home. The hardware hasn't changed, but the ID is showing as 'Blocked' on your activation server." I bought this laptop like this. There were corrupt files from the Windows upgrade - that you provided in January. I performed a reinstall of windows 11 home. The license key will not activate - it is blocked. I can not activate my windows license on the same laptop again. Frustrating dancing with you.

    Hello,

Launch Powershell (note, it is not Command Prompt, but Powershell), and run this code to see if you have an OEM license on the motherboard.

    (Get-CimInstance -ClassName SoftwareLicensingService -Property OA3xOriginalProductKey).OA3xOriginalProductKey

You are using AI to suggest that I do all that has been already attempted.

Calling for activation - results in being forced to your aka.ms/aoh website - which only accepts government email addresses. A full and clean install I have performed and now have brought back alive the many files that were deleted in the install. OEM Edition Win10REM Core OEM:DM was upgraded to Windows 11 home. The online activation is blocked. There is no human. AI - does not get the core of the problem. The problem can not be fixed with AI suggestions.
