To address your billing issues and account cancellation with Microsoft, it is recommended to contact Microsoft Billing Support directly. Since you mentioned multiple charges and an account cancellation, they will be able to assist you in resolving these issues. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Contact Microsoft Billing Support: You can reach them by visiting the Microsoft Support page. Make sure to sign in to your Microsoft Account.
    2. Describe Your Issue: Select Microsoft 365 and click on "Get Home support". Describe your billing issues and the cancellation of your account.
    3. Request Assistance for OneDrive: Since you mentioned losing files and folders in OneDrive, make sure to include this in your communication with support, as they may be able to help recover lost data.

For canceling subscriptions or addressing unauthorized charges, you may also consider contacting your bank or credit card issuer to dispute any charges you believe are incorrect.
