In Teams open Settings -> Devices.

What exactly is the name of the device selected there as your Camera?

If your camera is not working in Microsoft Teams but functions correctly in other applications, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Check Camera Configuration: Ensure that the camera is not mistakenly configured as a content camera in Teams. You can check this in the Teams Rooms app settings and set the content camera to none if necessary.
    2. Verify Connection: Make sure the camera is securely connected to your device. If it requires an external power supply, ensure that it is connected properly.
    3. USB Ports: If you're using a USB camera, try connecting it to a different USB port. Sometimes, using an expansion USB card can cause issues, so switching to a motherboard port may help.
    4. Update Drivers: Ensure that your webcam drivers are up to date. You can check the manufacturer's website for the latest drivers.
    5. Check for Firmware Issues: If your camera has recently been updated, the firmware update might not have completed successfully. Resetting the power of the device might resolve this.
    6. Avoid USB Extenders: If you are using USB extenders, consider removing them as they can sometimes cause connectivity issues with video devices.
    7. Restart Teams: Close and reopen the Teams application to see if that resolves the issue.

If these steps do not resolve the problem, you may need to contact your peripheral manufacturer for further assistance.
