Run the installer with admin rights
- Find the installer file you downloaded.
- Right‑click it > select Run as administrator.
Temporarily disable “Controlled folder access” (Windows Security)
- Go to Settings > Privacy & security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings > Manage Controlled folder access > turn it Off, then try the install again.
Try a Clean Boot install

Fix permissions on the folder shown in the issue
- Locate to the specific folder in the error message > right-click on the folder > Properties > Security tab > Advanced > Change permission > add “Everyone” > grant Full control
