Hello,

I have been working with Logitech for 2 months now and I am still unable to download GHUB so that I can use the G920 racing steering wheel & pedals. I purchased this item for my son for Christmas and we have been unable to use it. I have tried so many things: running as Admin, clearing all content downloaded, reinstalling, turning off firewall, updating drivers, trying various versions, etc. Nothing works. I have sent logs to Logitech and completed various requests and still nothing. I am at a complete loss - why will this not work? I have consulting with an IT professional who told me sometimes existing items on your computer can prevent the download so I have removed programs such as Razor - still nothing. PLEASE can someone help me?

    Hii,

Does it trigger a Blue Screen of Death?

Does the issue persist in a clean boot state?

Type “msconfig” (without quotes) and press Enter.

In the System Configuration window, select the Services tab.

Check the box next to “Hide all Microsoft services”. Ensure you do it carefully, and not disable all Microsoft services.

    Click on “Disable all”.

Select the Startup tab and click on “Open Task Manager”.

In the Task Manager window, select each startup item and click on “Disable”.

Close Task Manager and click on OK in the System Configuration window.

    Restart your computer.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
