    Thank you for the information.

Since you do not own the email address associated with the subscription charge, this indicates that your payment card has been compromised.

Kindly reach out to your financial institution/bank immediately to dispute the charge, and they may process a refund, as this would be considered a fraudulent charge.

You may also need to have your card blocked and request a new one.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

You may follow the guide on the official Microsoft website to investigate and locate the charge from Microsoft on this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

If you're able to find the transaction and if it is an unwanted subscription renewal, you can check if it is eligible for a refund through this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription-67dca30b-b323-44d5-acc2-e02f9902c472

You may also try contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance in tracking the transaction:

    https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding

Type "Billing Issue" > click "Get Help" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser

If you and the Support Team are unable to find the transaction in all of your accounts, you'll need to contact your financial institution/bank directly to dispute it, and they may process a refund, as this would be considered a fraudulent charge.

You may also need to have your card blocked and request a new one.

Thank you for your understanding! Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

If you are experiencing unauthorized charges from Microsoft, it is important to take immediate action to stop these payments. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: It is recommended to reach out to Microsoft Customer Service directly for assistance with unauthorized charges. You can do this by visiting the Microsoft support page and selecting the appropriate options for billing issues.
    2. Use the Chat Support Option: You can chat with a support agent through the Microsoft support website. Make sure to have your account information ready to help expedite the process.
    3. Check Your Subscription Settings: Log into your Microsoft account and review your subscriptions. Make sure to cancel any subscriptions that you do not recognize or did not authorize.
    4. Monitor Your Bank Account: Keep an eye on your bank statements for any further unauthorized transactions and report them to your bank as well.
    5. Change Your Password: If you suspect that your account may have been compromised, change your password immediately to secure your account.

Following these steps should help you address the unauthorized charges and prevent further issues.
