How to add auser to my 365

Question

I tried to add my new pc onto my 365 (i have the 5 users kind) that only has 3 but the prograns keep coming up as free and I'm told to upgarde or enter a key. How do get around this

Do you have the Microsoft 365 Family plan?

If so, is Office already installed? You just need to sign into the user that holds the subscription. Or use this instruction to share with user whom you haven't shared with yet.
