Windows is still setting up the class configuration for this device. (Code 56) Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz

There is no option anywhere for me to attempt to connect to the internet. When I go in Device Manager -> Network adaptors, I see an (!) next to my Intel(T) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz drive and the message in the description and photo.

I have tried restarting, I have tried disabling and then re-enabling the adapter, and I am as up to date as possible with updates (the next update requires network connection).

My laptop is a Dell Vostro 5320.

    I recommend uninstalling all the network drivers under Network adapters

    Make sure to tick "Attempt to remove the driver for this device box" if available

    Click Uninstall

    Restart your computer

    After that download and install the latest network driver from the manufacturer's support page in the link below.

    Hi, good day!

    • When was the last time it worked properly?
    • Have you made any changes to your computer recently?

    Please let me know if you have tried the methods below.

    • Shutdown your computer

    Unplug the power cable from the laptop for 30 minutes, then plug it in again and turn on.

    • Please try to run SFC and DISM to check for any system errors and corrupted files.

    • Open Device Manager

    Expand Network adapters

    Right click on the Wireless driver then select Properties

    Click Power Management tab,

    Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

    Restart your computer

    • Please try to Turn off Fast Startup

    Press Start then search Control panel

    Under View by > select Small icons

    Select Power Options

    On the left side, click "Choose what power buttons do"

    Click "Change settings that are currently unavailable"

    Under Shutdown settings > Turn off fast startup

    Power off the system then pull the power cable from the laptop, wait for 15 minutes.

    Power back on
