Can't print, save, export, or share as pdf

Hello,

I can't seem to print any word document and save/export/share/convert any document into a pdf. When I try to "save as" pdf, it says that it cannot be saved. When I try to print, nothing comes up. When I try to do page setup, the window opens, but I am unable to do anything with it. When I try to share or export as a pdf, nothing happens. I have tried to restart my computer multiple times, uninstall and reinstall word document multiple times and it still doesn't to work. I am able to complete these things when I open word document on my IPAD and my iPhone. I am also able to do these things from other applications of Microsoft. It is only Microsoft Word that is not allowing me to do anything.

Try accessing the Word file using the Pages app and exporting it to PDF to isolate the issues.
