If you are able to see the Billing Account but the Billing profile is continuously loading and cannot be selected while redeeming credits in Microsoft Azure, please try the following steps:
1.Verify Permissions
Ensure you have the required role on the billing account, such as:
Billing Profile Owner
Billing Profile Contributor
Subscription Owner
You can check this by navigating to:
Azure Portal → Cost Management + Billing → Billing account → Access control (IAM)
2.Try Browser Troubleshooting
Open the Azure portal in an Incognito/Private window and clear browser cache and cookies
Try a different browser
Disable browser extensions temporarily
3.Confirm Billing Profile Availability
Please verify that a billing profile has already been created under the billing account. If no billing profile exists, the dropdown may continue loading.
4.Sign Out and Retry
Sign out of the Azure portal, wait a few minutes, and sign back in to check again.
