Request for Extension of Azure Credits

We have restarted our project, and currently in process to apply for Pegasus program. Can I please request extension of the used of Azure credits, or restart the program fully? We had to pivot our business to get pro-AI and currently rebuilding the assets. Really appreciate your help.

What You Can Try:

Renew Your Azure Sponsorship Grant: If your grant is still within the eligibility period, you can renew it. To renew, log into the Nonprofit Hub and select Nonprofit grants from the top navigation. Find your Azure grant offer and click Renew Now.

Understand Grant Limits:

The standard Azure grant for nonprofits is $2,000 per year.

Unused credits do not roll over to the next year; they expire after the grant year ends.

If you exceeded your grant limit, the next usage will be billed at standard pay-as-you-go rates until you renew.

Active Account Confirmation: Ensure your nonprofit status remains approved in the Nonprofit Hub, as maintaining this status is crucial for grant renewals and eligibility.

Key Notes:

You cannot increase the annual grant amount, and only grants that are currently valid can be renewed.

If your current grant has expired, you can still renew, but you'll be billed at standard rates until the renewal is processed.

Azure credit extensions can be processed from the backend. We recommend you raise a support ticket for credits extension following this link https://portal.startups.microsoft.com/login
And please share your support ticket id via private message so we can follow up internally with the concerned team.
