Can't activate NPO Azure grant

I've gotten an email that says I have a $2000 non-profit Azure grant. There's a button that says "Activate." I'm signed into OWA and when I click the link the page that loads says "You're not eligible for the sponsorship benefit This is a limited Azure benefit that’s only available by email invitation."

I am logged on with the account that I used to apply for this grant. I'm a bit confused about whether I have a grant or not. We are a registered NPO, do use it for day-to-day work, and we do use NPO pricing for Microsoft 365 licenses.

We are facing the same issue, where we cannot activate our grant through the e-mail activation link.

    Hello @David Dawson ,

it sounds like you're having some trouble activating your non-profit Azure grant. It’s great that your organization is involved in using Azure for your work!

    Here’s what I’d suggest:

Check the Invitation: The message you received indicates that this grant is only available through a specific email invitation. Make sure that the email you received is indeed the one you applied with and that it's not expired or incorrect.

Eligibility Verification: Sometimes, Microsoft has specific eligibility requirements for such grants. Double-check if your organization meets all the criteria listed in the grant details.

Account Validation: Since you're logged in with the right account, ensure that this account is recognized as the one linked to your NPO status and grant application.

If this problem persists, you may want to:

    • Contact Azure support directly for clarification on eligibility.
    • Ensure that there were no recent changes to the grant program that could affect your access.

I hope this helps clarify your situation! If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.
