thought I was on a free trial, but my account was debited immediately. please who can I email.

    On the link below, the steps are provided to check your eligibility for a refund and to cancel the Microsoft 365 subscription, if you do want to cancel the subscription, when you click Manage on the subscription, be sure to disable the recurring payments setting.
