Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Are you using a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account?

In the meantime, about the no notification issue :

When signing in, make sure to click "Send notification" this should trigger the Authenticator app to show the pop-up.

If there's no pop-up notification, expand the notification area and check for any from Microsoft Authenticator "New sign-in request for your Microsoft account".

If you don’t receive the notification after clicking "Send notification", you can try troubleshooting the Microsoft Authenticator app using the steps in this guide from Microsoft: "Troubleshoot problems with Microsoft Authenticator" https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/troubleshoot-problems-with-microsoft-authenticator-a3a74493-566b-4c2e-b949-a2789bac0fd3

Let me know how it goes. Or if you have any further questions or concerns.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

If you are unable to access your billing information due to issues with the Microsoft Authenticator app not generating codes, you may need to consider alternative methods to regain access. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you are stuck in a loop with the authenticator, try reaching out to Microsoft support directly via their customer service hotline. When you call, make sure to specify that you are having issues with the Authenticator and that you need assistance with billing.
    2. Create a Trial Tenant: If you cannot reach support through the hotline, you can create a trial Microsoft 365 tenant. This will allow you to log in to a new Admin Center and submit a support ticket requesting help with your original account. Make sure to include details about your locked account in the ticket.
    3. Use Backup Methods: If you have set up alternative verification methods previously, try using those to log in instead of the Authenticator app.
    4. Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve issues with sign-in loops or problems with the verification page.

These steps should help you regain access to your billing information. If you need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out for help.
