Hi,

I'm trying to access my personal outlook emails with my program but it seems I don't have the access. When I try to log into entra.microsoft.com, I got the following message:

Sign-in failed

Error code: interaction_required

Error message: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity.

Please kindly assist.

    Hi Darren,

Thanks for the detailed instruction. The thing is this is my personal account rather than an organizational account. I don't think I ever used it for any development work before. My primary goal is to connect my personal email with my application. Could you kindly share the support email or phone number for that?

    Dear @Lu Gan,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, could you please provide more information as whether you know when the tenant was last active?

Because the error message you encountered indicates that your tenant has been inactive for over 200 days past the billing cycle, triggering Microsoft’s effort to remove inactive tenants. When a tenant remains inactive for this period, the OMS commerce system imposes a login block (AADSTS5000225). Twenty days after the login block is applied, the tenant is permanently deleted.

In this situation, I recommend you contact to Microsoft Support team and provide detail information of your issue so they can help you resolve this issue.
