I see. Are you running the game from Steam? Are you using a hybrid laptop or is this bug happening on a Desktop? Is this happening all the time when you click on any text field?

You may try the following and see if it helps:
- Press Windows + I to open Windows Settings
- Go to Time & language > Typing.
- Expand the Touch keyboard section.
- Show the touch keyboard and set it to Never
