Hi there,

I have several clients whom are having issues with using their talk to text function after this update, it seems as though the shift key sticks on or causes issues after this update is installed. Anyone else seen this or know a solution other than rolling back the update?

    Hello,

After installing updates such as KB5074109 and KB5075912, some PCs equipped with Maxwell‑generation GeForce GPUs have experienced issues such as game freezes or system freezes. These problems have been reported on certain Windows 11 and Windows 10 PCs.

There is also a shutdown issue where the PC cannot power off properly.

After installing KB5077181, some users have reported decreased game performance, including lower FPS.

Another issue occurs when scrolling down the Start menu to select an app: the Start menu automatically jumps back to the top, causing a different app under the mouse cursor to be selected.

In some cases, newly installed apps do not appear in the Start menu, or uninstalled apps remain listed.

Please note that these issues occur only on certain PC environments and do not affect all systems.

Since there may be additional issues related to these updates, the problem you are experiencing is likely also caused by one of the recent Windows updates.

As a temporary workaround, please try uninstalling KB5077181.

Submitting feedback to Microsoft may help prompt the release of a fix in a future update.

Same problem here with a JBL Quantum810 Youtube and spotify acting strange by playing with x200 speeds. After removing the device from device manager and reboot and reinstall the headset problem was fixed for now.

From business pov multiple issues with Jabra Evolve2 65 headset randomly dissapearing. Short fix with the above solution but this is was temporary removing the update to if this fixes the issue.

    Hi Steve,

With KB5077181, many users have reported that Secure Launch and power management settings are impacting legacy S3 sleep states and GPU driver stability, resulting in black screen issues on NVIDIA GPUs.

Some users have also mentioned system freeze issues, and several have reported boot loops or systems getting stuck on the boot screen.

However, no issues have been observed with Microsoft Office applications or their functionality.

The current workaround is to uninstall KB5077181 from the affected machines using Control Panel > Programs and Features > View installed updates, or from recovery mode with wusa /uninstall /kb:5077181 /quiet /norestart
