MS 365 and apps on MacMini

How do I uninstall MS 365? None of my apps are loading or working. I suppose I won't get my money back...

There is no inherent problem with installing MS365 on a Mac Mini provided the Mac is properly configured. Two of the most salient points are:

The specific version of macOS being used, &

Whether a previous or Trial version of Office already exists on the Mac

It also would help to know exactly what occurs when attempting to launch one of the Office programs. If you fill in those blanks either John or another contributor should be able to provide the guidance you need.

Currently, only Excel and OneNote are not loading. These apps give the pop up box that states: Microsoft Excel cannot be opened because of a problem. The problems include current MacOS or updates for the app.

My OS is Tahoe which I understand is a known problem with excel. Excel was supposed to open with Rosetta but still is not working.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Yesterday, Excel worked this morning it did not - which I find very odd.

Thank you for your help thus far. I hope we can resolve this issue.

If you haven't already, I’d suggest is to uninstall any existing Office apps on your Mac to avoid conflict: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/how-to-remove-office-license-files-on-a-mac-b032c0f6-a431-4dad-83a9-6b727c03b193

Then, to reinstall Microsoft Office:

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services

Sign in using the same Microsoft account linked to your license.

Find your Microsoft 365 subscription and click the "Install".

That will download the installer for the Office apps, just run it and follow the steps.
