    Hi Robert Vig,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand how frustrating and exhausting this situation must be, especially after being locked out of your account for such a long time and being unable to reach a real person for assistance. To contact a live Microsoft support agent, please visit:

    • Visit: Contact – Microsoft Support
    • Search for “Live chat” in the search box.
    • Click “Get Help” and press Enter.
    • Sign in with another Microsoft account (create one if needed) to proceed.
    • Navigate to “Contact Support.”
    • For product/service, select "Other Products."
    • For category, choose "Billing and Account profile question"
    • Look for and select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" or a similar callback option.
    • Clearly explain your situation

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.

    Thank you for your understanding.
