how to fix teams not working when i use my hotspot or a vpn

basically whenever i use my vpn or personal hotspot teams makes me have to confirm my account to be able to check anything in my assignments tab and even tho i log in and it says my login is correct it doesn't allow me to access it
this is very bothersome to me because im a student who can't focus at home so i use my hotspot at a library but i cant access majority of my work

also i seem to be the only person with this issueedfe

    Based on your description, whenever you use a VPN or your personal hotspot, Microsoft Teams forces you to repeatedly confirm your account and then blocks access to your Assignments tab, even though the sign‑in is successful. This only happens on hotspot or VPN connections, not on regular Wi‑Fi, and you seem to be the only student affected.

    This issue occurs because you are connecting through a VPN or a personal hotspot, which triggers the school’s security system. This is an access policy set by your school to protect student account security and privacy. In this case, the most effective solution is to contact your school’s IT or administrative team, as only they can review or adjust the security policy applied to your education account.

    In the meantime, if you are using Teams desktop app version, try to switch to Web version (or opposite) or try to use Chrome or Edge and log in via Incognito / Private window
