Unable to delete External CIAM tenant due to login loop preventing access
I am attempting to delete an External Configuration (CIAM) tenant but cannot complete the process due to an authentication issue.
Issue:
When I attempt to sign in to this tenant to manage or delete it, the login page enters a loop and does not complete authentication. This prevents me from accessing the tenant to perform cleanup operations required before deletion.
I can successfully authenticate to my primary tenant (Mindsight AI Pty Ltd / mindsight.au) but cannot access the External tenant.
Request:
Please assist with deleting the External CIAM tenant on my behalf if it cannot be accessed
