The camera doesn't work, even by remote control didn't fix it

The camera does not work. This morning an employer tried to help me, by remote control, but it didn't work. The error is 0xA00F4244. Normally I know how to repair it, but I said before this employer couldn't fix this error. I am very disappointed, and I am asking for your help. My laptop is a Surface 4, and the processor (in case you need to know it) is an Intel i7 11 GEN. Thank you

Hello,

Please try using the “Windows Camera Troubleshooter” described in the support article below.

Camera app shows error "0xA00F4244 NoCamerasAreAttached"

Alternatively, press the Windows key + I to open Settings.

Go to System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters, and run the Camera troubleshooter.

Also, perform a full shutdown by holding the Shift key while selecting Shut down.

After turning the PC back on, check whether the camera issue has been resolved.
