Cannot access Azure Portal under personal account

I cant access my azure portal via my personal account even with incognito or inprivate window.
I have MFA but the codes do not work from authenticator and no notifications are sent to the authenticator for me to select the appropriate number. No other options are given to access. I am able to access my live account in all other forums such as MS Learn, Office and my account details.

The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.
To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
