Didn't use my laptop in a bit while moving, now when I did, installed some games I wanted to play and every time after seemingly random amount of time the computer would BSOD and turn back on. Used the ddu, reinstalled the graphics drivers, issue still persists. Can anyone help me find the cause/solve this issue.

Hello, thank you for your reply.

The logs indicate a problem with nvlddmkm.sys, which is an issue with the NVIDIA graphics card.

Currently, it seems highly likely to be a hardware problem with the graphics card.

Hello, thank you for your reply.

Resetting the system can resolve issues caused by system corruption or abnormal system services. If resetting the system still results in a blue screen, then you need to consider hardware-related issues.

    Hello,

The blue screen log shows that nvlddmkm.sys caused the crash. This is the NVIDIA graphics driver. You’ve tried a clean reinstall of the driver, but the issue still occurs. In this case, you can try installing a different version of the NVIDIA graphics driver.

Carefully review any product ads before deciding to download or install.

You can try older versions or other driver releases to see if that resolves the issue.

Please note: If the graphics card error cannot be resolved through driver changes, it is very likely a hardware problem. In that case, you’ll need to take the computer to after-sales service for diagnostics and repair.

The Event ID 41 with a Bugcheck Code of 307 indicates that your system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first, which can often be related to hardware issues or power supply problems. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check for Overheating: Ensure that your laptop is not overheating. Clean any dust from the vents and ensure proper airflow.
    2. Power Supply: Verify that your laptop's power supply is functioning correctly. If you have recently added hardware or peripherals, they may require more power than your current supply can handle.
    3. Memory Check: Use a memory diagnostic tool to check the health of your RAM. Faulty memory can lead to BSODs.
    4. Event Logs: Review the Event Viewer for any other related errors that may provide more context about the crashes.
    5. Driver Issues: Since you've already reinstalled the graphics drivers, ensure that all other drivers (especially chipset and network drivers) are up to date.
    6. System Configuration: If the issue persists, consider resetting your system to its default configuration to see if that resolves the problem.

If none of these steps help, you may want to consider reaching out to a professional for further diagnosis, as persistent BSODs can indicate more serious hardware issues.
