I am not able to renew my email space!

I ran out of email space, and my previous payment methods failed. Hence, I renewed via the Apple App Store purchase yesterday. But I still don't have the space, and none of my emails is reaching me.

This is a huge User Experience problem for Outlook. I also use Gmail, and the space upgrade and sync work immediately there.

Can anyone please help me ASAP..Note I had already deleted my Junk and Deleted and I can't delete rest of the folders in Outlook.

This is absolutely bad and unprofessional.

This is what I am getting if I am trying to resubscribe again

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

After purchasing additional storage (or freeing space), it can take up to 24 to 48 hours for everything to fully update across your account. I’d recommend waiting that time and then trying again to send your emails.

If the update is still pending after 24 hours, you can try unlinking and relinking your OneDrive account, or resetting it. "Unlink and re-link OneDrive: Mac" https://support.microsoft.com/office/unlink-and-re-link-onedrive-3c4680bf-cc36-4204-9ca5-e7b24cdd23ea#id0ebbh=mac

I really hope this information is helpful! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with your email space not updating after your recent payment through the Apple App Store. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the situation:

    1. Check Payment Confirmation: Ensure that the payment was processed successfully. Sometimes, there can be delays in processing payments, especially through third-party platforms like the App Store.
    2. Verify Subscription Status: Log into your Microsoft 365 account and check if your subscription status reflects the recent upgrade. You can do this by navigating to the account settings in Outlook.
    3. Clear Space: Since you've already deleted items from your Junk and Deleted folders, consider checking other folders for large items. You may also want to look into the Recoverable Items folder, which can contain soft-deleted items that still count against your quota.
    4. Retention Policies: If you have retention policies applied to your mailbox, they may automatically archive or delete items. You can check which policies are applied by using PowerShell commands if you have access.
    5. Contact Support: If the issue persists, it may be best to contact Microsoft Support for assistance. They can provide more specific help regarding your account and any potential issues with the payment or mailbox.

This situation can be frustrating, especially when you rely on email for communication. Hopefully, these steps will help you resolve the issue quickly.
