Terrible customer service

I just past 2 hours on hold with customer service on my 21st attempt to talk to someone. I am locked out of my account and clearly need to talk to someone to fix it but cannot seem to get through. The AI chat bot is absolutely terrible and constantly hung up on me. I am sick of being on hold but fear if hang up I'll never get onto someone who can help.

    I recommend contacting Microsoft support service not by phone, but in a chat. It's much more reliable. Log in to your MS account on the page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=www.microsoft.com

    In the search bar, type (without quotes) "agent support" and press Enter or click on Get Help. Ignore the search results, and click on the "Contact Support" button at the bottom. On the next page, select "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile questions" from the drop-down lists, and then click on "Confirm". Next, select the chat "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" and on the next page (if requested), enter your (the one that works) email address and click on "Confirm". A chat window will open in a new tab. Wait for the operator to respond and describe the situation to him.

    It isn't as simple as answering the questions. The previous 20 attempts hung up on me part way through the process. At one point it would simply answer and say for Microsoft Xbox support please go to this website and would just hang up straight away. No chat bot at all. I can't keep ringing up. My current on hold experience at 2 hours, 10 mins has no end in sight. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR AN ISSUE YOUR SYSTEM CAUSED.
