    Hi Manoj Ghodke

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum and thank you for your question.

First, I would advise trying Q&A Assist steps above and feel free to let me know the result afterward.

In the meantime, please kindly try these steps below:

    1. Check OneDrive Folder Permissions:
    • Make sure your Windows user has full access to the OneDrive folder: Right‑click folder > Properties > Security > ensure your account has full control.
    1. Reset your OneDrive:
    • Open CMD (Windows + R) and run these commands one by one
      • First: taskkill /f /im OneDrive.exe
      • Second: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\OneDrive.exe /reset
      • Third: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\OneDrive.exe

    And open OneDrive again

    1. If the issue still persists, kindly try to uninstall OneDrive, then re-download the latest version and sign in again.

I hope my answer helps, please feel free to let me know if you need any further assistance.

If you are unable to see the OneDrive folder on your C drive, it could be due to a syncing issue or the OneDrive application not running properly. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check OneDrive Status: Ensure that OneDrive is running. Look for the OneDrive icon in the taskbar notification area. If it’s not there, you may need to start OneDrive by searching for it in the Start menu.
    2. Sync Status: Make sure that OneDrive is syncing properly. You can check the sync status by clicking on the OneDrive icon and looking for any error messages.
    3. Unlink and Relink OneDrive: If the folder name hasn’t updated after changing your organization name or if it’s not syncing, you may need to unlink OneDrive and then relink it. To do this:
      • Right-click the OneDrive icon in the taskbar.
      • Go to Help & Settings > Settings.
      • On the Account tab, select Unlink this PC.
      • After unlinking, sign back into OneDrive to re-establish the connection.
    4. Check File Explorer: Open File Explorer and navigate to the OneDrive folder directly. It is usually located at C:\Users\[YourUsername]\OneDrive. If the files are not there, they may not have synced properly.

To change the default save location for Outlook data files, you can modify the registry as follows:

    1. Open the Registry Editor by typing regedit in the Run dialog (Win + R).
    2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Options.
    3. Create a new String Value named DefaultPath and set its value to the desired folder path where you want to save your Outlook data files.
    4. Exit the Registry Editor.

Make sure to back up the registry before making any changes to avoid potential issues.
