Can't use MS Office

Hello Microsoft Support, I am using an HP laptop that came with a pre-installed lifetime license of Microsoft Office Home & Student, but currently many features in Microsoft Word are locked and it is asking me to purchase Microsoft 365, even though my Home & Student version is a lifetime package already included with my device; I kindly request you to please check my activation and license status and help me reactivate the original lifetime Home & Student license linked to my laptop, as this issue is urgent and I am unable to complete my important work due to the locked features.

Open Word.

At the top of Word, log out of Office.

Restart (not shut down) your PC and log back into Office, is your Office Home and Student Licence then correctly recognised.

If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, do you find the Office licence linked to your account there.
