If you have already tried clearing your browser cache or using a different browser but the “Create account” button still doesn’t respond, I highly recommend contacting the Microsoft Nonprofit team directly through the official support page: Contact Us
- After opening the link, you can select the issue you are experiencing and click Get help.
- You fill in the required information and then Submit request.
