Office LTSC Professional Plus is a volume license. Are you sure that software vendor sold you proper licence? Contact them.

Hello, I purchased a Visio Professional 2024 lifetime license through a software vendor (not directly from Microsoft). I have a license key and still have my email receipt and notice with the product key. I have been using Visio since my purchase. Today when I open Visio it says MICROSOFT VISIO LTSC PROFESSIONAL 2024 PREVIEW HAS EXPIRED.
