Request to Update Legal Name (Add Surname) in Microsoft Certification & Pearson VUE Profile

Hello Team,

I would like to request a correction in my legal name associated with my Microsoft Certification profile. Currently, my surname (last name) is missing in my legal name, and I want to add it so that it matches my official ID documents.

I have already passed the AZ-800 exam, and the same correction is also required on my Pearson VUE profile and score report.

Kindly guide me on the process to update my legal name and ensure that the correction is reflected in both Microsoft Certification records and Pearson VUE.
