Hi guys. I just encountered an issue when using the Think deeper model in the Microsoft Copilot app. As of early 2026, when I used the Think deeper model and entered the prompt, Copilot did not think and reason longer and instead generated the response based on the task. Also, with the "Personalization and memory" option enabled and the facts I have created, when I tried to use the Think deeper model and entered the prompt, Copilot did not use the memories to personalize my responses, and instead ignored them to generate a response based on the task as if there are no memory facts. So, I want the developer to update Microsoft Copilot and fix those issues immediately, and then I can use the Think deeper model to generate responses based on the thinking and reasoning, and personalize responses with the memory facts in this model.

As of early 2026, if the Think deeper model in the Microsoft Copilot app is not performing as expected—specifically not engaging in deeper thinking and reasoning or utilizing the personalization and memory features—this could be due to several factors. The model might be configured to prioritize task-based responses over more complex reasoning tasks, or there may be limitations in how it accesses and utilizes memory facts for personalization.

It's important to ensure that the settings for personalization and memory are correctly configured and that the model is fully operational. If these issues persist, it may be beneficial to provide feedback directly through the app to inform the developers of the specific problems you're encountering, as they can then investigate and address these concerns in future updates.
