Based on your description, it seems like a specific add on that you use often disappears and it is not occurring with your colleague who uses the same Excel version. In cases like yours, it can be related to profile issues or local cache.
Please try the below steps in order and stop once the issue is resolved:
- Open Excel > File → Options > Add-ins > select COM Add-ins > Go > select the add-in > Remove > quite Excel > re-open Excel and re-add the add-in manually
- Clear Office Cache
- Repairs Microsoft 365 Apps
- Go to Search > Apps > Installed Apps > Microsoft 365 Apps / Microsoft Office > Eclipse (...) > click Modify > choose Quick Repair > if still broken, run Online Repair (more thorough)
