Why do I get this? My computer is personal in my home, I have no administrator to restrict my access.

Your sign-in was successful but does not meet the criteria to access this resource. For example, you might be signing in from a browser, app, or location that is restricted by your admin.

What is it about I DO NOT HAVE AN ADMINISTRATOR THAT YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND?

    Hello

What resources are you trying to sign into? What website, or what app?

Are you signing in using a work/school account?

Or, if you are using a personal account, are you signing into a file or a meeting shared with you from an organization user?

The error basically indicated that you accessed restricted area managed by organization. The admin referenced here is the organization admin, not your computer local admin. So it can be that your user doesn't have permission defined by that organization to access what you were trying to access, or they have Conditional Access policy set up in that organization to restrict access when it comes to the type of browser, or geolocation, etc. Only their organization admin would know the specifics since every organization sets those differently.

The reference to an admin is provided as an example of what could be the underlying cause when something fails to work. What are you trying to do, specifically, when you see the error message?

You posted in the Microsoft Access category. Are you in fact referring to Microsoft Access, the database application, or are you trying to get access to Microsoft resources that are included in your subscription?
