Hi @Selappan Kaarthi ,

if you require Owner role/permission for an Azure Subscription you can ask another owner of the Azure Subscription to add your user to the Owner role: Steps to assign an Azure role

Another option is to elevate the permission to manage all Azure Subscriptions for your user in Microsoft Entra ID (which requires Global Administrator): Elevate access to manage all Azure subscriptions and management groups

I am the owner of the subscription. But unable to access. This all happened when i deleted by VM.

Hi @Selappan Kaarthi ,

your user account you are signed in is listed as an Owner of the Azure Subscription?
Please verify: List owners of a subscription

Maybe it's possible to create a new user, add the new user to the Owner role for the Azure Subscription, sign-in with the user and try to cancel the Azure Subscription.

Also you can check if logoff the current user and sign-in again will solve the issue.
