Hello, I recently purchased a Minecraft java editing realm by mistake, when I meant to purchased the bedrock edition version. I really need help with requesting a refund on this subscription but there are not useful resources available for going about this. Everything I search up goes back to trying to contact customer support but i’m only met with AI explaining why I can’t talk to a representative. I’m unimaginable disappointed at the length Microsoft goes to not help solve a simple problem such as this. No matter how hard I try, I was not able to speak to a human being to help me resolve this. I am asking if anyone who has gone through something similar was able to find a solution and how I can go about solving it. I just simply want a refund, I won’t ever use that service and I feel as though a company of this size could live without the 8.25$.

To request a refund for your Minecraft Realms subscription, you will need to follow a specific process since this is handled through Microsoft support. Here are the steps you can take:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Support Page: Go to the Microsoft support website and look for the section related to billing and subscriptions.
    2. Sign In: Make sure you are signed into your Microsoft account that is associated with the purchase.
    3. Select Your Product: Choose the product related to your issue, in this case, Minecraft Realms.
    4. Request a Refund: Look for the option to request a refund. You may need to provide details about your purchase and the reason for the refund request.
    5. Contact Support: If you encounter issues or if the automated system does not resolve your problem, you can try to contact support directly. You can do this by selecting the option to chat with a support agent or requesting a callback.

If you continue to have trouble reaching a human representative, consider checking the support hours or using different contact methods available on the support page.
