If you're experiencing issues where the location in your Excel spreadsheet jumps and you are unable to enter data, there are a few potential solutions you can try:

    1. Check for Hidden Sheets: Sometimes, the data may be in a hidden sheet. You can unhide sheets by going to the View tab and selecting Unhide.
    2. Minimize and Maximize the Window: This can sometimes refresh the Excel page and make any hidden data appear. Minimize the window and then maximize it again to see if that resolves the issue.
    3. Check for Updates: Ensure that your Excel application is up to date, as updates can fix bugs and improve performance.
    4. Reinstall Excel: If the problem persists, consider uninstalling and then reinstalling Excel, as this can resolve any installation-related issues.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be beneficial to check for any known issues with your version of Excel or consult Microsoft support for further assistance.
