If your account has been hacked and you are unable to access it due to changes made by the attacker, the best course of action is to follow the official recovery process provided by Microsoft. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Use the Microsoft Account Recovery Form: Go to the Microsoft account recovery page and fill out the form with as much information as possible to prove your identity. Include details such as previous passwords, account creation date, and any other relevant information.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you are looking for human support, you can try reaching out to Microsoft Support directly. They may have options for you to chat with a support agent who can assist you further. Look for the support option on the Microsoft website.
    3. Check for Account Activity: If you regain access, immediately check your account activity for any unauthorized changes. This includes reviewing security settings and linked accounts.
    4. Secure Your Account: Once you regain access, change your password to a strong, unique one and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) again if possible.
    5. Monitor for Further Issues: Keep an eye on your account for any suspicious activity and inform your contacts about the potential compromise to prevent them from falling victim to phishing attempts.

Unfortunately, if the attacker has control over the 2FA settings, it may complicate the recovery process. Be persistent in your attempts to contact support for assistance.
