    Hello

Are these the only two that cannot connect with bluetooth? What about other bluetooth devices, can they connect ok?

Do the keyboard and mouse require a USB dongle to connect, or do they connect directly to the computer's bluetooth? Could that be that they also need new battery?

If you see this issue also with other bluetooth devices, turn off the computer, unplug the computer from the power cord, then hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Turn the computer back on to see if it works.

If not, Can you share with me two screenshots please?

    1. Go to Device Manager > Network Adapters, I would like to see what's listed.
    2. Please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up.

    Thanks!

If your Bluetooth keyboard and mouse are not connecting to your computer, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:

    1. Check Bluetooth Settings: Go to Settings > Devices and ensure that Bluetooth is turned on. If it is already on, try turning it off and then back on again.
    2. Device Discoverability: Make sure your keyboard and mouse are turned on and set to be discoverable. Refer to the device documentation for instructions on how to make them discoverable.
    3. Charge or Replace Batteries: Ensure that your Bluetooth devices are fully charged or have fresh batteries.
    4. Restart the Computer: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
    5. Remove and Re-Pair Devices: If the devices are listed but not connecting, try removing them from the Bluetooth settings and then re-pairing them.
    6. Close Bluetooth Settings: If the Bluetooth settings window is open, close it, as leaving it open may cause extra calls to the Bluetooth protocol, potentially interfering with connections.
    7. Check for Interference: Ensure that there are no other devices nearby that might be causing interference, such as USB devices or other Bluetooth devices.
    8. Update Drivers: Ensure that your Bluetooth drivers are up to date. You can check for updates in the Device Manager.

If you continue to experience issues after trying these steps, you may want to consider using a different Bluetooth adapter or checking for hardware issues with your devices.
