5 years ago I purchased W10 key and laterI upgraded to W11.
Now, I changed my hardware and keep the same NVMe drive.
I deleted the previous device from my microsoft account and I can see my new device in my microsoft account, but unfortunately windows in constantly asking to activate the license.
I tried with troubleshooting, but it could not resolve the issue. The product key I purchased in not accepted to reactivate again as well.
Anyone can help me with it?
Thank you very much.

If you deleted the previously activated device from your Microsoft account online, that will cause the Troubleshoot method to fail to activate Windows on the new device.

Where did you get your Windows licence, did you purchase a full retail Windows licence direct from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer)

Download the free ShowKeyPlus app from the Microsoft Store.

On the that app, click 'Check Edition', then enter your product key into that app.

Please provide a screenshot of that app window.

This is a public user to user forum, please hide your product key in the screenshot.

When you change your hardware, especially the motherboard, Windows may require reactivation. Since you have already removed the previous device from your Microsoft account and added the new one, you should try the following steps:

    1. Use the Activation Troubleshooter: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation and select Troubleshoot. This may help in reactivating your Windows if it recognizes the hardware change.
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft Account: Ensure that you are signed in with the same Microsoft account that was used for the original activation. This can sometimes automatically reactivate Windows if the digital license is linked to your account.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: If the troubleshooter does not work and your product key is not accepted, you may need to contact Microsoft Support for assistance. They can help you verify your license and potentially reactivate it for your new hardware setup.
    4. Check for OEM License Restrictions: If your original license was an OEM version, it may have restrictions that prevent it from being transferred to new hardware. In such cases, purchasing a new license may be necessary.

Following these steps should help you resolve the activation issue after your hardware change.
