I cannot find an answer on any of my searches.

I have been using this link for years, and it just stopped working along with a lot of my other links. I cannot find a fix for it.

=HYPERLINK("[C:\Users[Moderator note: personal info removed].[Moderator note: personal info removed]\Dropbox\PC\Documents\Documents\Westside Knowledge Base\Westside Knowledge Base.xlsx]'Work Order Report'!B5","Work Order Report")

It will not work in a separate workbook, but if I plug it into the workbook where the sheet exists, it works fine. How do I resolve the problem?

    Dear @Richard Mitchell

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

As a moderator, I don't have the tools to investigate your specific account directly because this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas. However, I will try my best to guide you as clearly as possible.

To help me assist you better, could you please help me answer a few questions below:

Could you please help me go to File > Account > then help me take screenshot full your screen so I can see your Product Information and your Excel Version. Thank you!

You said it doesn't work in a separate workbook; could you please take a screenshot so I can see what error message is appearing? Also, please attach a screenshot of when you plug it into the workbook where the sheet exists as well.

I am looking forward to your response so we can move forward with this!
