Locked out of personal Azure Account - MFA

I've got locked out of my personal Azure portal. When trying to log into the Azure portal I am prompted to enter my credentials. All goes smoothly and I can authenticate my personal credentials with no issue, but it prompts to complete MFA with an authenticator app I don't have access to anymore. I am the only global administrator in this tenant of mine which I created with my personal Outlook email address.
