Office Pro Plus LTSC is a volume licence version of Office used by large organizations, it is not a consumer licence version of Office, where did you purchase that licence, was that from an online retailer or Groupon?
If so, you should contact the retailer to get a full refund for your purchase, because they should not be selling that type of Office licence to the general public and you will not be able to activate that type of Office licence.
