email address stolen

Question

less than a year ago, some 'nice' person or persons hijacked my email "******@hotmail.com" wanting $$$ to give back, i told them to "go pack sand".....i would really like to get my email address back and proceed from there. This has cost me a great deal of anguish and MONEY, as i lost business along the way. I have tried, to no avail, to use the question and answer method that microsoft asks for...have never gotten back my email...PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!!!!!

If the account recovery web form doesn't work, and if the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.
