Hi Adrian Riley,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.
I am very sorry for the inconvenience. If Outlook on the web is only showing “HTML code” in Firefox, it seems the page data or security/privacy settings are preventing the interface from loading properly. Please try the following steps in order:
- Clear the cache and cookies (site data) for outlook.office.com, then restart Firefox.
- Temporarily disable any ad blockers or privacy/security extensions (if any) for outlook.office.com.
- In Firefox, set Enhanced Tracking Protection to Standard (or add an exception for Outlook).
- Open Outlook on the web in a Private/Incognito window. If it works there, the cause is usually an add-on or a setting in your current Firefox profile.
If it still does not work, please try turning off Tracking Protection specifically for outlook.office.com and clear the site cookies one more time.
As a temporary workaround, you can continue using Chrome.
