Hi

My personal email address (@hotmail.com) is suddenly not able to send any email.

Emails are returned with the error message "Remote server returned '554 5.7.0 < #5.7.520 smtp;550 5.7.520 Message blocked because it contains content identified as spam. AS(4810)>'"

I am not spamming. Only sending usual emails as this is my personal email address.

Could you please check and revert ? I really need this email address as this is the one people always write to me to (school, administration, etc.). This is really urgent.....

Thanks!

Can you use the instruction here, change the email to plain text or rich text format (basically avoid the html format) and see if it goes through:

It seems that your emails are being blocked due to content that is being identified as spam. This can happen even if you are not intentionally sending spam, as certain keywords or patterns in your emails might trigger spam filters. Here are some steps you can take to address this issue:

    1. Review Your Email Content: Ensure that your email does not contain any phrases or links that could be flagged as spam. Avoid using excessive links, images, or attachments.
    2. Check Your Sending Reputation: If your email address has been reported for spam in the past, it might affect your ability to send emails. You can check your sending reputation using third-party tools.
    3. Contact Support: Since this is a personal email address and you rely on it for important communications, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance. They may be able to help you understand why your emails are being blocked and how to resolve the issue.
    4. Use the Delist Portal: If your IP address or email has been mistakenly flagged, you can request removal from the blocked senders list through the Office 365 Anti-Spam IP Delist Portal at https://sender.office.com.
    5. Monitor for Future Issues: After resolving the current issue, keep an eye on your email sending practices to avoid future blocks.

Taking these steps should help you regain the ability to send emails from your Hotmail account.
