My personal Microsoft Account is being incorrectly routed into the Microsoft Services Azure AD tenant. This causes all Microsoft login flows to be treated as work/school logins instead of consumer logins.
As a result:
- I cannot access my signing.microsoft.com/security-info
- I cannot access my account.microsoft.com/organizations
- I cannot access entry.microsoft.com
- I receive AADSTS16000 errors stating my live.com account does not exist in the Microsoft Services tenant
- I am repeatedly redirected to the work/school login system even though this is a personal account
I have already ruled out all local causes (Edge profiles, cookies, Windows accounts, TokenBroker cache, device enrollment). The issue is server‑side: my personal Microsoft Account is stuck in or associated with the Microsoft Services tenant.
I need my personal Microsoft Account manually detached from the Microsoft Services tenant on the backend. This is a known issue and typically requires a support engineer to remove the incorrect tenant association.
I am happy to provide my Microsoft account, AD tenant directory ID, and anything else separately. Please escalate this to the team that handles MSA/Entra tenant linkage issues at your earliest convenience.
